The Personal Story
I had my first panic attack when I was twelve years old.
For years after that I did what most people do: I saw doctors, I tried things, I found ways to get through the day. Some of it helped a little. None of it really moved anything. I still woke up with that low-level hum of tension that I had quietly accepted as just how I was wired.
What finally changed things wasn't a prescription or a breakthrough moment. It was learning how the nervous system actually learns. When I found the neuroscience of repetition and neuroplasticity, something clicked that all the other approaches had missed: the anxiety wasn't a flaw in my personality. It was a pattern my nervous system had practiced, thousands of times, until it became the default. And the same mechanism that built the pattern could change it.
I started working with affirmations the way the science says they actually work, through daily repetition, specific language, consistent calm input, until the nervous system starts to expect something different. I have kept that daily practice ever since. It is the reason I feel like myself.
How The Neural Edit Was Born
For most of my career, this part of my life stayed private.
I spent over a decade as a personal branding photographer working with women, then built a platform across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that grew to over 1.4 million people. My content was never about anxiety. It was calming home aesthetics, quiet organization, the feeling of a space that has been thought through. But something kept happening in my comments and my DMs: women who followed me for the aesthetic were writing to me about how exhausted they were. How they looked fine but weren't. How they hadn't felt like themselves in years.
When I started sharing small pieces of my own anxiety story, the response was immediate and it didn't stop. Women weren't asking about my kitchen anymore. They were asking about the affirmations. Asking where to find more. Asking if what I had found could work for them.
I started sharing a few tracks. Then more. Then people wanted a structure, a program, a place to come back to every day. The Neural Edit was built to answer that, not as a pivot, but as what was always underneath everything else I had made.
What This Is, and Who It's For
The psychology degree I earned, the years of neuroscience research I did out of personal necessity, the decade spent working closely alongside women carrying invisible weight, all of it lives inside every audio track in this membership.
