By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application, you agree to the terms outlined below.

App Use and Purpose

The Neural Edit mobile application provides educational and informational content related to affirmations, mindset, and personal development. The app is intended for general well being and personal growth purposes only.

Use of the app is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Medical Disclaimer

The Neural Edit by Oksana Pali LLC is not a medical or health care provider. The mobile application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content is educational and informational only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health care provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking care because of information provided through the app.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Neural Edit app may offer auto renewing subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. We are unable to manage subscriptions on your behalf.

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Prices are subject to change and apply to future billing periods.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary to operate the app, including name, email address, account information, purchase history, and usage data.

Information is used to:

  • Provide and maintain the app

  • Manage subscriptions and accounts

  • Deliver content

Apple and Google are not responsible for any claims related to the app, including compliance, liability, or intellectual property matters.

Apple and Google are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
